What are your charges?Our basic on-site charge for residential customers is £25 for the first hour with a minimum charging period of 1 hour.
Aditional hours are charged at only £10.Will VAT be added to the final bill?
No. As our customers are residential and our annual revenue is less than the current limits for compulsory VAT registration, we have decided not to register for VAT in order to keep our prices as low as possible.
Will I be charged if you are unable to repair my computer?

o. We work on a No Fix No Fee policy. However, if we advise you of a solution/repair and you decide not to take that advice based on the cost of the repair a charge of £25 will still apply.Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. All work is guaranteed. All parts used come with a full 12 month warranty.
